António Monteiro graduated in Civil Engineering – Option of Structures – by the Engineering College of Oporto University (FEUP) in the year of 1993. Years after, he returned to FEUP, to enrol a master’s degree in Civil Engineering Structures. Since 1995, he has been Founder and Managing Partner of A400 – Consultores e Projetistas de Engenharia, Lda, along with the other two founders. During the period between 1998 and 2006, he was invited by University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro to lecture courses related to Civil Engineering Structures Areas. Recently, in 2016, he was recognized, as a Specialist in Structures, by the Engineers National Association. Usually, he is invited by FEUP to serve as an Adviser of master’s thesis in company environment.
